What’s the difference between vacuum forming and pressure forming?
Both shape heated thermoplastic sheet over a mold. Vacuum forming pulls the sheet down with vacuum alone; pressure forming adds positive air pressure for sharper detail, tighter radii and better texture reproduction — closer to an injection-molded look at a fraction of the tooling cost. We do both, and we’ll recommend the right one for your part.
Do you build the molds too?
Yes — tooling is designed and built in-house, which shortens lead times and keeps iteration fast during prototyping.
Can you finish and assemble the parts?
Yes. Trimming, bonding, painting and assembly all happen in our facility, including textured and styled finishes for visible parts.
