Our custom painting operation finishes body kits, fender flares, spoilers, running boards, fascias and trim — on vacuum-formed plastic, foam, wood and metal substrates — with the color match, texture and durability visible parts demand.

Vacuum forming with in-house tooling is the sweet spot for automotive aftermarket economics: far lower tooling cost than injection molding, fast iterations during development, and clean scaling from prototype through mid-volume production.
