We work with open- and closed-cell polyurethane, cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), EVA and reticulated foams, and we help your engineers select the grade the application actually needs. Prototype tooling is built in-house, so iterations happen in days — from first article to production without changing suppliers.

Can you work to our material specifications?

Yes — send the specification with your drawing. Material selection to a defined requirement is where most medical projects should start, and we’ll recommend options before any tooling is cut.

Do you make vacuum-formed trays as well as foam?

Yes. Foam fabrication and vacuum/pressure forming happen in the same facility, so a kit that needs both comes from one supplier under one quality system.

How fast can we see a prototype?

Tooling is built in-house, so for many parts prototype iterations are measured in days rather than weeks. Send the drawing and we’ll give you a real date.
