Foam Molders & Specialties is dedicated to the continual improvement of providing quality products that meet or exceed our customer’s expectations and to deliver them on time, every time, defect-free.

In the company’s main divisions, we have found that our turn key approach to creating solutions has proven time and time again to be a valuable tool to our customers. From a simple fabricated foam part to the more precision intensive process of thermo-forming and specialty molding, no job is too small or too big for us!

Each plant site has it’s own Quality Control department, consisting of individuals that make sure that the specifications of your project are carried out completely. At final inspection, tolerances are checked and confirmed before your parts are released. This assures that when you receive your parts you will be completely satisfied.

As an AS9100 Rev D and ISO 9001:2015 certified company with on staff experts in ISO 9001:2015 systems management, we adhere to the guidelines governing the requirements that are in force. We operate a Quality Management system which complies with the requirements of AS9100 Rev D and ISO 9001:2015

We provide our customers with a high level of customer service, as we find solutions for your requirements. With a product concept in hand, we can create the prototype as well as the necessary tooling for full-scale production. In our 150,000 square foot facility, we off custom foam molding, polyurethane fabrication, and sheet plastic in more ways than any company in the West. Additionally, we can thermo-form large and small parts as well as production paint plastic, wood, and metal substrates to meet your specific requirements.
